1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed on healoutsource.com (the “Website”) and in the free HealOutSource practitioner training (the “Training”). The data controller is Natalia Meretskaia, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (“we”, “us”).

HealOutSource is currently under development. The Website is an informational pre-launch website: at this stage it provides no registration, no user accounts and no payments. When the HealOutSource platform launches, this Privacy Policy will be replaced by a new version covering the platform, and your consent will be requested before any additional data is collected.

2. What data we process and why

• Training and special offer. The Training is hosted on Arcade (Arcade Software, Inc., USA). Entering your email address is required to start the Training. We use your email address to send you a personalized certificate and a special offer for the first month of service after launch, and to notify you when the platform becomes available. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting your email address. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

• Correspondence. If you contact us at info@healoutsource.com, we process your email address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message in order to respond. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.

• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs in order to deliver the Website and ensure its security. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that does not identify individual visitors. The Website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising pixels.

We do not collect your professional qualifications, messenger contacts, plan preferences or any other information on the Website at this stage.

3. Recipients of your data

• Arcade (Arcade Software, Inc., USA) hosts the Training and stores the email addresses entered there. Arcade’s own privacy policy also applies to your use of the Training.

• Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver emails and serve the Website.

We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to any other third party, except where required by law. Certain providers are located outside Serbia, the EU and the UK (for example, Arcade in the USA). Where data is transferred to such providers, the transfer is based on the providers’ contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

• Email addresses entered for the Training: until the certificate and the launch offer have been delivered, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first.

• Correspondence: for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter.

• Server logs: for a limited period determined by the hosting provider.

5. Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it). To exercise these rights, contact info@healoutsource.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including restricted access, to protect your data, and we engage service providers bound by contractual data protection obligations. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update.
