1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed on healoutsource.com/individuals (the “Website”). The data controller is Natalia Meretskaia, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (“we”, “us”).

2. What data we process at this stage

HealOutSource is currently under development. The client section of the Website is informational: at this stage it provides no registration, no self-check or wellness questionnaire, no user accounts, no plan selection and no payments. The “Start Self-Check”, “Log In”, “Join us” and plan buttons display a “coming soon” notice only and do not collect any data.

The only personal data we process at this stage is:

• Correspondence. If you contact us at info@healoutsource.com, we process your email address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message in order to respond. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Do not send medical information by email: we do not provide medical advice and do not require such information before the platform launches.

• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs in order to deliver the Website and ensure its security. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that does not identify individual visitors. The Website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising pixels.

3. Processing after the platform launches

The HealOutSource platform will include a wellness questionnaire, matching with integrative medicine practitioners and ongoing coaching. This involves health-related data, which constitutes a special category of personal data. Before any such data is collected:

• a new Privacy Policy covering the platform will be published;

• your explicit consent to the processing of your health data will be requested;

• the data will be processed by the company operating the platform, whose details will be provided at that time, in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR.

The current Website does not collect or store health data.

4. Recipients of your data

Your data is accessible only to us and to the service providers that process it on our behalf (our email and hosting providers). We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to any other third party, except where required by law.

5. Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period.

6. Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it). To exercise these rights, contact info@healoutsource.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including restricted access, to protect your data, and we engage service providers bound by contractual data protection obligations. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Amendments

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update.
