1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of healoutsource.com (the “Website”) and the free HealOutSource practitioner training (the “Training”). The Website is operated by Natalia Meretskaia, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or the Training, you agree to these Terms.

2. Status of the service

HealOutSource is a platform for integrative medicine practitioners that is currently under development. The Website is an informational pre-launch website. At this stage it provides no registration, no user accounts, no paid plans and no payments. The plans and prices shown on the Website describe the service as planned for launch; they are indicative and do not constitute an offer to contract. When the platform launches, you will be required to accept the terms applicable to the platform before using it.

3. Services currently available

• The free 2-minute HealOutSource Training, hosted on Arcade.

• A personalized certificate and a special offer for the first month of service after launch, sent to the email address you enter before the Training. The special offer is valid for the period stated in the offer itself.

The Training is provided free of charge and creates no contractual obligation for either party.

4. Your obligations

• You must provide a valid email address that belongs to you.

• You must use the Website and the Training lawfully and must not copy, modify, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.

• The Website and the Training provide information about the HealOutSource platform only and do not constitute professional, medical or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your professional qualifications, your practice and your clients.

5. Changes to the service and these Terms

• We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, the Training and the planned service at any time, and we may change the special offer before the platform launches.

• We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update.

6. Limitation of liability

The Website and the Training are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website or the Training, from errors or omissions in the information provided, from temporary unavailability, or from decisions made on the basis of the information on the Website.

7. Intellectual property

All materials on the Website and in the Training, including the design, texts, images, functionality and the HealOutSource name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
