1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of healoutsource.com/individuals (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Natalia Meretskaia, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia (“we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Status of the service

HealOutSource is a digital platform, currently under development, intended to connect clients with qualified integrative medicine practitioners, deliver personalized recommendations and support progress through coaching. The Website describes the planned service. At this stage it provides no registration, no self-check or wellness questionnaire, no user accounts and no payments. The “Start Self-Check”, “Log In”, “Join us” and plan buttons display a “coming soon” notice only. The plans and prices shown are indicative and do not constitute an offer to contract. When the platform launches, you will be required to accept the terms and the privacy policy applicable to the platform before using it.

3. No medical advice

The Website provides general information about the planned HealOutSource service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not establish a practitioner–client or doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Use of the Website

• The Website is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

• You must use the Website lawfully and must not copy, modify, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

5. Changes to the service and these Terms

• We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website and the planned service, and change the planned plans, prices and special offers, at any time before launch.

• We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last update.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website, from errors or omissions in the information provided, from temporary unavailability, or from decisions made on the basis of the information on the Website.

All materials on the Website, including the design, texts, images, functionality and the HealOutSource name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
